Introduction

The
HPV Hungary Building and Organizing Limited Company was founded in December
1994. The sphere of activity of the company is exclusively the development
and utilization of his own real estates. In the year 2000 the company
was already in the possession of ca. 6.400 m2 first-class renovated
office space. All the properties are leased for a long period of time,
first of all to well-known and reliable companies (insurance company,
pharmaceutical company, lawyer's office, etc.). The annual income of
HPV Hungary Co. Ltd. derives decisively from the rental fees of the
leased properties. Besides the company has also a considerable income
in connection with the operating of the leased properties (however a
great part of this income appears also in form of costs in the books
of the company).
